Key Responsibilities
Edit Content:
Assist in cutting and assembling raw footage into polished videos for social media (Reels/TikToks), YouTube, and client projects.
Motion Graphics:
Help create basic motion graphics and visual effects using After Effects.
Color & Audio:
Assist with basic color correction (DaVinci Resolve/Premiere) and sound design to enhance production value.
Asset Creation:
Design video thumbnails and assist with static image editing using Photoshop.
Remote Collaboration:
Communicate effectively via [Slack/Discord/WhatsApp/Email] to receive feedback and deliver drafts.
File Management:
Download raw footage and upload final exports efficiently using cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive/Dropbox).
Requirements
Passion for Video:
A genuine interest in video editing and digital content creation.
Software Knowledge:
Familiarity with the following tools (beginner to intermediate level is okay):
Adobe Premiere Pro
(Primary editing)
DaVinci Resolve
(Color grading/Editing)
Adobe After Effects
(Basic motion graphics)
Adobe Photoshop
(Thumbnails and image editing)
Creativity:
A good sense of timing, visual composition, and storytelling.
Self-Motivated:
Since this is a remote role, you must be disciplined, able to meet deadlines without supervision, and responsive to messages.
Portfolio:
A link to a portfolio or showreel is required (this can include school projects, personal YouTube videos, or hobby edits).
