. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about both storytelling and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing

Edit and produce engaging videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials. Add appropriate transitions, sound effects, motion graphics, and animations to enhance storytelling. Optimize and repurpose video content for multiple platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Social Media Growth

Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content aligned with brand guidelines. Research and implement strategies to increase reach, engagement, and follower base. Monitor performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements. Stay updated on current trends, hashtags, and content formats to keep the brand relevant.

Qualifications & Skills

Proficiency in video editing tools such as

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve

. Basic understanding of

social media platforms and algorithms

. Strong sense of visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail. Good communication and time management skills. Prior experience or portfolio of video editing work will be an advantage. Benefits
