Audio Post-Production:

Perform audio cleanup (noise reduction, EQ), dialogue syncing, and sound design (SFX & background music) to ensure professional audio quality.

Color Grading:

Color correct and grade footage to ensure a consistent "EduQuest" brand look across all videos.

AI Workflow Integration:

Utilize modern AI tools (e.g., for captions, auto-reframing, or generative assets) to accelerate the editing workflow without sacrificing quality.

Organize and manage a large library of video assets, stock footage, and project files.

Collaboration:

Work closely with scriptwriters, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and flow.

Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of codecs, frame rates, bitrates, and export settings for various platforms (LMS, YouTube, Instagram) Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points) Experience creating high CTR thumbnails (Photoshop/Canva).
