We are seeking a talented Video Editor with a strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, canva, et cetera to join our team and help us build a groundbreaking news content originator.
Who and What are we looking for?
We are looking for an entry level video Editor to Edit videos.
Your roles and Responsibilities:
You will be working in Adobe Premiere Pro, knowledge to use Adobe Premiere Pro is very important.
Majority of the work, are clean raw interviews footage needing clean-up work involving ripple delete and time line clean up of filler words like (umm, ehh, etc) to make final output a professional video footage.
Final Video Output are generally between 20-40 minutes though on certain occasions will also be long form 60 minutes+
Ability to use Canva and Adobe Illustrator long term will be beneficial to your work.
Renumeration and Probation Period:
Initially during the probationary period
We will be paying ?400/ Video (on an output basis) - You are expected to edit at least 1 video per day (ideal output is at least 3 videos per day). This is a full time position and despite the per video payment you are not working as freelancer and will be dealt as a fulltime employee.
Service Level Agreements and Turnaround Times
You WILL be expected to have 12 hour turnaround time from raw footage to final output for a semi-clean raw interview footage to final output for the 20-40 minute output videos. It is very important that you stick to this timeline.

Multimedia Journalist: Part of Niche team to execute end-to-end media productions - such as VIP Profiles, short documentary styled movies, documentaries,films and movies.
Live Streaming Operations: Script Writing, DoP, Camera crew management, cinematic shooting planning and execution.
Must Haves to be eligible for this position:
Your own personal Laptop capable of running Adobe Premiere Pro
Knowledge of both English and Hindi at a Native Level
End of Probation Period:
As we hit a consistent 2 videos per day for a minimum of 4 weeks mark, we will transition this job from a probationary phase to a regular full time position.
