We are looking for a highly creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our team full-time at Univest. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, animation, and storytelling. You will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, performance ads, social media creatives, brand videos, and animations that align with our brand and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Design and animate motion graphics for digital ads, social media, websites, and other platforms.
Create engaging video content including intros, outros, explainer videos, and end slates.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to bring creative ideas to life.
Edit and enhance video content with graphics, typography, sound, and visual effects.
Ensure brand consistency across all motion projects.
Stay updated with the latest design and animation trends, tools, and techniques.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Animation, Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1-2 years of proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality motion design and animation work.
Nice to Have

Experience in performance marketing creatives (ads, reels, shorts).
Basic knowledge of video production/shoots.
