Good Video Editors are storytellers, listeners, and problem solvers all in one. They have a great eye for quality and attention to detail which is imperative when it comes time to edit videos.

As a film or video editor, you'll need to:

Should have experience of at least

4 years

(Experience in

travel agency/company

is a plus point)

Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to

YouTube

Should have a decent knowledge of

YouTube algorithms

Following a script, screenplay or outline

Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting non-Copyright music and writing voice-overs (If needed)

Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file

Improving and correcting lighting, colouring and faulty footage

Working closely with coordinators to present a final product that matches his or her vision

You may also need to:

Inputting graphics to enhance footage (Plus point)

Should have a little knowledge of video shoot as well

Creative choice really matters

Experiment with styles and techniques & ideas

Skills you'll need to show:

The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

The ability to listen to others and to work well as part of a team

Patience and concentration

A high level of self-motivation, commitment and dedication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
