Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of at least 3 years in a client-facing, operations, or support role. The ideal candidate will be a team player, capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high levels of professionalism and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams. Manage and resolve client queries efficiently and professionally. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and service delivery. Maintain detailed records and documentation of client interactions and transactions. Provide timely reports and updates to management. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in client communication, operations, or a similar field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in a client-facing or B2B environment. Knowledge of CRM tools or ticketing systems is a plus.
