You will work closely with our strategy and content teams to deliver high-quality creatives across social media, digital ads, and branding campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualise and design static creatives, banners, social media posts, and ad creatives.
Edit and produce high-quality video content including reels, promos, explainers, and animations.
Create motion graphics and animation videos for brand campaigns.
Collaborate with the content and performance marketing teams to develop assets that align with campaign objectives.
Ensure consistency across brand visual elements and follow brand guidelines.
Stay up to date with design and video trends, platform-specific formats, and tools.
Adapt and repurpose creative assets for various digital platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Assist in brainstorming and conceptual development for new campaign ideas.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1-2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in a digital agency setup.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Working knowledge of AI-powered tools for image generation, animation, and video editing is a plus.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and visual trends.
A team player with strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Experience in creating UGC-style content or short-form vertical videos.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or AI tools like Runway, or Midjourney.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
