Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor & Graphics Designer to join our Astha Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create visually stunning content. This role requires proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Filmora, and graphic design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva. Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives. Use creative techniques to enhance video quality, including color grading, sound mixing, and visual effects. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop video concepts and storyboards. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.

Graphics Design:

Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, advertisements, and product packaging. Design engaging infographics, illustrations, and animations to convey complex information visually appealingly. Work closely with the marketing team to develop graphic assets that effectively communicate brand messaging and promotional campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members, including copywriters, marketers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive storytelling and visual consistency across all projects. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements, and incorporate feedback to refine design concepts. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Filmora. Expertise in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva. Solid understanding of visual storytelling principles, typography, color theory, and layout design. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in motion graphics and 3D animation is a plus.
