Key responsibilities

Video Editing

: Edit raw footage into polished videos, apply transitions and effects, color correct footage, and sync audio.

Graphic Design

: Design visual assets such as logos, social media graphics, website elements, and print materials.

Content Creation

: Create motion graphics, simple animations, and integrate graphic elements into videos.

Collaboration

: Work with marketing, product, and creative teams to develop and refine concepts.

Brand Consistency

: Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines, style, and tone.

Project Management

: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain organized asset libraries, and meet tight deadlines.

Optimization

: Prepare final videos and graphics for various platforms (e.g., social media, web, broadcast).
Required skills and qualifications

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Creative Skills

: Strong visual storytelling ability, creativity, and knowledge of design principles like color theory and typography.

Soft Skills

: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Knowledge

: Understanding of video and graphic optimization for different platforms and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
