Code7 Academy is seeking an

experienced and expert-level Video Editor & Graphic Designer

with strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality

professional videos, reels, ads, and promotional content

Design advanced-level creatives for digital and print platforms

Lead creative projects

and manage timelines

Mentor, train, and guide students

with industry-level standards Support academic and placement-oriented creative work

Required Expertise

Video Editing (Expert Level):

Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects (motion graphics )

DaVinci Resolve (advanced color grading & workflow)

Graphic Design (Expert Level):

Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Branding, typography & visual consistency

Must-Have Skills

Proven

industry experience

with a strong portfolio Ability to

lead a team and mentor students

effectively Creative thinking with professional discipline Strong communication and time management skills

Experience

2-5+ years of professional experience

preferred Teaching or mentoring experience is a plus
