Foster Academy is looking for a

creative and multi-skilled professional

who can handle both

video editing

and

graphic design

to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, and promotional use. Design posters, banners, brochures, and digital creatives for marketing campaigns. Create animations, motion graphics, and reels to boost online presence. Collaborate with the content and marketing team to bring ideas to life. Stay updated with design/video trends to keep our brand fresh and engaging.

Requirements:

Strong skills in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Good understanding of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. Ability to handle end-to-end design & editing projects independently. Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Prior experience (1-2 years preferred). Freshers with strong portfolios are also welcome.
