Key Responsibilities
Edit and produce engaging videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and digital platforms
Perform color correction, audio syncing, transitions, basic motion graphics, and visual enhancements
Interpret creative briefs and convert them into compelling video stories
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives
Maintain visual consistency and brand guidelines across all video outputs
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Optimize videos for different platforms and formats (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, ads, etc.)
Organize project files, assets, and versions efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-4 years
of professional experience as a Video Editor
Strong proficiency in
Adobe Premiere Pro
Working knowledge of
After Effects
for titles, transitions, and basic motion graphics
Basic knowledge of
Photoshop
and
Illustrator
for thumbnails and overlays
Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, framing, and visual composition
Experience editing videos for digital marketing and social media platforms
Ability to receive feedback and iterate quickly
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience with short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
Knowledge of sound design, audio cleanup, and music selection
Exposure to motion graphics workflows
