Key Responsibilities
Edit property tour videos, lifestyle shoots, drone footage, and marketing films.
Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and ads.
Apply color grading, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics.
Edit corporate and promotional videos for branding campaigns.
Maintain an organized workflow for raw footage and edits.
Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver concepts and creative ideas.
Requirements
2+ years of professional editing experience
.
Strong portfolio featuring real estate or commercial editing projects.
Mastery in
Premiere Pro & After Effects
(Final Cut/Pinnacle optional).
Knowledge of color grading, LUTs, motion graphics, and audio editing.
Ability to work efficiently with limited supervision.
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual appeal.
