Job Description

Edit and assemble recorded raw footage into finished projects using professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Add visual effects, motion graphics, animations, music, sound effects, voiceovers, transitions, and subtitles as required. Create short-form videos, reels, product videos, promotional campaigns, training videos, testimonials, and corporate presentations. Collaborate with content writers, designers, and marketing team to conceptualize video ideas and ensure brand consistency. Color correction, sound balancing, and audio syncing to maintain high production quality. Manage video assets, version control, and storage of files in organized folders. Optimize videos for various platforms -- YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, and advertisements. Implement feedback from creative leads and stakeholders in a timely manner. Research trending styles, editing techniques, and platform-specific content strategies. Maintain project deadlines and ensure videos are delivered on schedule.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Audition

. Knowledge of

motion graphics, typography, VFX, transitions, LUTs, animation, and green screen compositing

audio editing, mixing, and synchronization

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Film Production, Media Studies, Animation, Visual Communication, Mass Communication

, or related field. Minimum

1-3 years

of professional experience in video editing (for Executive level). Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video editing projects.

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

Quality and creativity of final video outputs. Timely delivery of edited projects. Audience engagement (views, watch time, CTR, retention). Consistency with brand guidelines. Innovation in editing techniques.
