Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor to join our media team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of video editing basics and be comfortable using Adobe Premiere Pro. You will be responsible for assembling recorded raw material into a finished product that matches our vision and is suitable for broadcasting on YouTube and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:*

Footage Assembly:Review raw footage and trim/cut segments to create a logical sequence.
Basic Editing:Handle basic editing tasks including splicing, rearranging clips, and adding simple transitions (fades, cuts, dissolves).
Audio Syncing:Synchronize audio with video tracks and add background music or voiceovers.
Text & Graphics:Add simple text overlays, lower thirds, captions/subtitles, and logos to videos.
Formatting:Export videos in the correct formats and resolutions for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts).
Collaboration:Work closely with the content team to understand the requirements of the video.
File Management:Organize project files and backup footage systematically.

Requirements:

Software Skills: Basic working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Prois mandatory. (You should know how to import footage, use the timeline, cut/trim tools, and export).
Visual Eye:A basic understanding of timing, continuity, and storytelling.
Learning Attitude:Willingness to learn new techniques and improve editing speed over time.
Creativity:Ability to select the right music and visual style to make the video engaging.
Basic Audio:Knowledge of adjusting audio levels (making sure music isn't too loud).
Good to Have (Bonus Skills):

Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (for creating simple thumbnails or assets).
Knowledge of Gujarati typing (if the content involves Gujarati text).
Experience with Canva or other design tools.
Familiarity with YouTube trends and social media video styles (Reels/Shorts).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
