Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in video editing, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual media. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling video content that aligns with our brand's vision and engages our audience.

Responsibilities

Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a finished product suitable for broadcasting or online distribution. Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project goals and requirements. Utilize various software tools including Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Avid to create high-quality video content. Incorporate graphics, motion graphics, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D to enhance storytelling. Perform color correction and audio mixing to ensure the final product meets professional standards. Manage the post-production workflow, including organizing files, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring all assets are properly archived. Stay updated on industry trends in video production and editing techniques to continually improve skills and output quality.

Requirements

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Avid, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of post-production processes including color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics. Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is a plus. Familiarity with 3D animation software such as Maya or Cinema 4D is advantageous. Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) for organizing video assets. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
