Poligram Youth Media Fellowship (PYMF)

is a one-of-its-kind opportunity for

young creative minds

to reimagine how India consumes news. As an

Explainer Video Editor

, you will transform complex topics into engaging

2-10 minute explainer videos

. Using your editing expertise, motion graphics, and animation skills, you will bring clarity, creativity, and impact to digital news storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Edit and produce clear, engaging

explainer videos (2-10 minutes) in Hindi.

? Use

infographics, text animations, motion graphics

, and visual storytelling to simplify complex stories.

? Collaborate with writers and researchers to translate scripts into powerful videos.

? Bring stories to life with motion graphics and visuals that boost viewer engagement.

? Deliver high-quality outputs quickly while meeting newsroom deadlines.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

? Excellent

command of Hindi

with strong reading, writing, and grammar skills.

? Proficiency in video editing tools

(Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).

? Strong command of motion

graphics, infographic animations, and visual design.

? Creative ability to simplify and explain complex issues visually.

? Efficiently manage multiple projects with speed and accuracy.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

? Pursuing or recent graduate (2023 to 2025 pass-out).

? Availability to join on or before 1st October 2025.

? Commitment to complete the full 3-month fellowship program.
