Shop No 26, Shoppers Plaza, Adani Shantigram, Near Vaishnav Devi Circle, Gandhinagar.

Working Hours:

11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday - Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

The Video Editor will be responsible for the end-to-end creation and management of short-form video content across all our digital platforms:

Video Editing:

Edit raw footage into engaging and high-retention short-form videos tailored for

YouTube Shorts

and

Instagram Reels

. Focus on three core categories:

Personal Branding, Fashion Brand Promotion, and Health & Beauty Content

. Implement current social media trends, popular sounds, compelling text overlays, captions, graphics, and effects (e.g., motion graphics, transitions, B-roll integration) to maximize watch time and viral potential. Ensure all videos maintain the brand's aesthetic, tone, and quality standards.

Content Management & Posting:

Manage and execute the final posting of edited videos across designated social media channels. Optimize video titles, descriptions, and hashtags for maximum discoverability and performance. Maintain an organized system for video projects, assets, and archival footage.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and brand managers to conceptualize new video ideas and strategies. Provide creative input on shooting styles, pacing, and overall content direction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Video Editor, specifically with a strong portfolio of

short-form vertical video content

(Reels, Shorts, TikTok). Proficiency in professional video editing software (e.g.,

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve

, etc.). Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including their specific video requirements, aspect ratios, and best practices for engagement. A strong sense of visual storytelling, timing, rhythm, and graphic design for on-screen text. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work effectively in an on-site office environment.
