Role Overview

We need a highly skilled, self-motivated Video Editor who can own projects from start to finish, generate creative ideas, and stay ahead of video editing trends and social media strategies. You should be proficient in traditional video editing tools and AI-powered editing platforms to enhance efficiency and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of video projects, from conceptualization to execution. Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, digital ads, political campaigns, and corporate branding. Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, social media content formats, and AI-powered tools. Work with motion graphics, color grading, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling. Utilize AI-driven tools like Runway ML, Pika Labs, Descript, and Adobe Sensei for video automation and enhancement. Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and social media strategists to create compelling video content. Ensure brand consistency across all video outputs for our banking and political clients.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in a marketing, political, or agency setting. Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro. Hands-on experience with AI-based editing tools for automation and efficiency. Strong knowledge of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) and their video trends.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in political or banking sector content creation is a plus. Familiarity with AI-driven video enhancement and automation tools. Strong sense of creativity, innovation, and problem-solving.
