Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor who is fast, detail-oriented, and experienced in creating high-performing short-form content. You will be responsible for editing Reels, Shorts, ads, and social media videos that are engaging, trend-driven, and optimized for retention.

Key Responsibilities

Edit high-quality short-form vertical videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads, UGC-style content). Use clean transitions, jump cuts, color grading, sound design, and pacing. Create strong hooks and optimize videos for platform-specific performance. Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to meet project requirements. Manage raw footage, project files, and organize assets for fast turnaround. Review all edits for quality, consistency, and brand alignment.

Required Skills & Experience

Proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro

(DaVinci Resolve is a plus). Basic knowledge of

After Effects

for motion graphics (preferred). Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, transitions, color, and sound. Proven experience with short-form, social-first content (portfolio required). Ability to meet tight deadlines across multiple projects.

2-4 years

of professional video editing experience (agency preferred).

Pay: ₹11,434.74 - ₹35,826.62 per month
