: Video Editor (Minimum 1 Year Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with at least 1 year of professional experience who can turn raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content. The ideal candidate should be proficient with editing tools, understand visual storytelling, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for social media, marketing campaigns, corporate videos, and product promotions.

Add graphics, text overlays, music, sound effects, transitions, and animations as needed.

Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to understand project goals and deliver expected results.

Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all video outputs.

Trim footage, edit audio, correct colors, and enhance visual quality.

Stay updated on current editing trends, effects, and styles, especially for social media platforms.

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Export and deliver videos in required formats and resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Video Editor.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.

Basic working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics (preferred).

Strong sense of visual storytelling, timing, and pacing.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Understanding of social media formats (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reels).

Good communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in motion graphics, 2D animation, or basic graphic design.

Knowledge of color grading and audio editing tools.

Portfolio demonstrating past video editing work.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Media, Animation, Mass Communication, or any related field (preferred, not mandatory).
