, and related post-production tools. Manage complete post-production workflow including audio syncing, color correction, and final rendering. Collaborate with the creative team to develop content ideas that align with the school's branding and marketing goals. Maintain organized file structures and adhere to deadlines for multiple projects. Stay updated with the latest trends in video content, especially in the education and franchise space.
Qualifications and Skills:

1-3 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics. Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus. Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual communication. Experience creating short-form content such as reels, YouTube Shorts, and event highlight videos. Ability to take creative feedback and work within a fast-paced team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality output.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
