LMS course videos

educational content , and social media creatives/reels that engage and inspire
our audience.
Key Responsibilities
LMS Video Editing
Edit and structure course videos, lectures, and tutorials for our Learning Management System (LMS).
Add titles, animations, captions, and transitions for a professional and educational look.
Ensure audio clarity, synchronization, and visual consistency across all course materials.
Collaborate with trainers and instructors to maintain content accuracy.
Social Media & Marketing Creatives
Create short-form videos, reels, and promotional content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Edit testimonial videos, event highlights, and marketing visuals aligned with IFDA's brand style.
Repurpose course clips for online marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging visual ideas.
Creative Direction
Stay updated with current video trends, editing styles, and social media aesthetics.
Brainstorm and contribute fresh content ideas to enhance student engagement and brand awareness.
Requirements
Proven experience in video editing
(education or training industry preferred).
Proficiency in
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc
.
Basic knowledge of
graphic design tools
(Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva) is a plus.
Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and visual composition.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Film Editing, or related field.
1-3 years of professional video editing experience.
