Job Description

Kopog Era is looking for a talented video editor with a passion for storytelling, color grading, and high-quality visual craft.

You should be someone who lives and breathes filmmaking--who can bring emotion, rhythm, and meaning into every frame, whether it's a cinematic brand film or a snappy Instagram reel.

What You'll Do

Edit brand videos, social media reels, and occasionally short films that match Kopog Era's storytelling vision. Work with Sony S-Log and other professional log footage. Perform advanced color grading (mainly in DaVinci Resolve) and handle minor VFX in Premiere Pro / After Effects. Adapt to different project tones -- from cinematic, slow-paced edits to high-energy fast cuts. Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining high creative standards. Collaborate remotely with direction, sound design, and storytelling input from the Kopog Era team.
What We're Looking For

Strong storytelling instincts and pacing sense. Proven experience editing log footage and handling color workflows. Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. An eye for modern social media aesthetics -- quick cuts, transitions, motion sync, and emotion. A balance of creative freedom and discipline for fast turnarounds when needed. Reliable communication and self-driven workflow in a remote setup.
Nice to Have

Experience in sound design, motion graphics, or storyboarding. Understanding of brand identity, rhythm, and cinematic storytelling.
