We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 1-2 years of professional experience in video production. The ideal candidate will not only excel at post-production editing but also have hands-on knowledge of camera handling and lighting setups to ensure high-quality video content from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos aligned with IIM SKILLS' brand and style guidelines. Collaborate closely with content creators, directors, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Demonstrate strong knowledge of camera operations, framing, and lighting to assist in shoot planning and execution. Enhance videos through color grading, sound editing, and visual effects to deliver a professional finish. Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met. Stay updated on the latest video editing techniques, tools, and industry trends. Maintain organized archives of video assets and project files.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in video editing within a professional environment. Proficient with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Strong understanding of camera types, settings, and operation. Solid knowledge of lighting principles and techniques for video production. Basic skills in motion graphics and visual effects are a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset. Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members.

Preferred:

Experience working in an educational or training content environment. Knowledge of audio editing tools like Adobe Audition or Audacity.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
