Key Responsibilities:
Edit raw footage into polished, compelling video content for a variety of platforms (YouTube, Instagram, website, ads, etc.).
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project goals and ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines.
Add music, sound effects, graphics, motion, and color grading to enhance final output.
Cut and assemble recorded footage, review scripts, and create rough and final cuts.
Organize and archive video assets, project files, and media libraries.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Stay up to date with the latest video editing techniques, tools, and trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in video editing software such as
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
, or equivalent tools.
Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audio/visual synchronization.
Familiarity with color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual sense.
Ability to take feedback and implement changes quickly and accurately.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience editing for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
Basic knowledge of animation or graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Knowledge of video formats, compression, and exporting for web use.
