Pureroot is seeking for the following expertise from the candidates

Expertise in Detail:
Technical Expertise: Video Editing:
*Must be well versed in using artificial intelligence for video editor
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro for tasks such as trimming, cutting, splicing, and assembling video clips. Experience with advanced editing techniques like color correction, grading, and visual effects. Understanding of audio editing principles, including mixing, mastering, and sound design. Motion Graphics: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for creating dynamic graphics, animations, and visual effects. Experience with 2D/3D animation techniques is a plus. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with other relevant software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition is beneficial. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of video codecs, formats, resolutions, and file sizes. Knowledge of video cameras, audio recording equipment, and other relevant hardware. Creative Expertise: Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives through visual storytelling. Understanding of pacing, rhythm, and the emotional impact of video. Visual Communication: Strong understanding of visual composition, color theory, and cinematography. Ability to create visually appealing and engaging videos. Experience with different video styles (e.g., documentary, cinematic, animated) is a plus. Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative video concepts. Willingness to experiment with new techniques and technologies. Professional Expertise: Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Experience with project planning and workflow management. Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with a team of creatives, marketers, and other stakeholders. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback. Professionalism: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
