We are looking for a talented and creative

Video Editor who specializes in creating engaging Reels

and short-form video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate is fluent in current trends, understands visual storytelling, and knows how to captivate an audience in under 60 seconds.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) from raw footage, using both self-shot and user-generated content. Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and social media managers to align videos with brand voice and campaign goals. Stay current with social media trends, audio trends, visual styles, and platform best practices. Add graphics, subtitles, transitions, and effects to enhance engagement. Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, interviews, YouTube videos) into impactful short clips. Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a video editor, especially in creating Reels or other vertical video content. Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar. Strong grasp of pacing, visual rhythm, and storytelling for short-form content. Knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetic sense. Excellent time-management skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
