who can manage daily communication with leads, handle YouTube-related tasks, and maintain proper data records. The candidate should be confident, organized, and capable of handling both creative and coordination work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Leads & Coordination:
Message and follow up with leads
through WhatsApp, email, or calls.
Maintain and update lead data in
MS Excel
or CRM sheets.
Share daily/weekly lead reports with management or branch teams.
Coordinate with marketing and admission teams for follow-ups and updates.
Video Editing & Creative Work:
Edit videos for
YouTube and social media platforms
.
Create
attractive thumbnails
and graphics for online posts.
Handle
YouTube Live sessions
- setup, streaming, and technical management.
Manage video shoot schedules and coordinate with the creative team.
Data & Office Work:
Maintain daily records and reports in
MS Excel
.
Send data to branches and update internal sheets regularly.
Perform
basic document editing, file searching, and record management
.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in
video editing / coordination / data handling / lead management
.
Proficiency in
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva
, and
MS Excel
.
Experience with
YouTube Live
or similar streaming tools.
Good communication and multitasking skills.
Creative, disciplined, and proactive in handling multiple tasks.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any field
(Media, Marketing, or Communication preferred but not mandatory).
