Key Responsibilities

Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for ads and social media. Design and add motion graphics, text animations, transitions and effects. Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts) and UGC-style videos. Color grade, add sound design and optimize videos for different platforms. Repurpose content into various formats/aspect ratios for Meta and other platforms etc. Collaborate with creative, content and marketing teams to align with campaign goals. Ensure brand consistency and follow platform best practices. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, audience preferences, and platform algorithms.
Preferred experience and qualification:

Proficiency in

Editing software

like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro etc.

Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing Trends:

Understanding how video content impacts conversions, engagement, and performance marketing. Worked in a

digital marketing agency or performance marketing setup

. Experience in

editing high-performing ad creatives

for brands. Understanding of

UGC ad trends, meme edits, and viral content formats

. Ability to

repurpose video content

for different social platforms.
