Job Description

Of Video Editior.

Create, update and develop all graphic assets for video content, and liaise with the design teams on specific graphic and design needs Providing creative briefs to colleagues and working closely with a small unit to brainstorm new unique and innovative ways to tell a story. Responsible for all shoot research, set-up and execution. Editing, quality controlling, and mastering material for external distribution. The candidate requires sound video pre-production, production, and post-production skills, photography, both studio and location shooting. Organise and backup all video assets. Keep up to date and understand latest developments in shopable and interactive video across platforms and devices.

Qualifications To This Role

Knowledge of codecs and encoding software, Adobe Encoder, Sorenson Squeeze Experience with lighting and sound equipment required Ability to shoot and edit in wide variety of video styles and aesthetics Be comfortable with a camera and on a set as they are in an editing bay The ability to take a project all the way through production to post production without support if needed A master with Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premire, Afeter Effects, Quicktime, RED CineX and Canon and RED camera workflows, video codecs and compression format

Experience:

Video Editing: 3 years (Required) total work: 4 years (Preferred) Video Production: 3 years (Required)
