About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Video Editor

who is skilled in

CapCut

and familiar with other

AI-powered editing tools

to create engaging, high-quality video content. You will be responsible for turning raw footage into polished stories that capture attention, drive engagement, and align with our brand's voice and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos using

CapCut

. Utilize

AI tools (Descript, Runway, Veo, Pika, etc.)

for enhancing workflows (auto-captioning, background removal, text-to-video, AI voiceovers, etc.). Create content tailored for multiple platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Add effects, animations, sound design, and transitions to elevate storytelling. Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and designers to execute video concepts. Optimize videos for social media (aspect ratios, trending formats, hooks, etc.). Stay updated with the latest

AI trends, editing features, and social media trends

.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in

CapCut (desktop/web/mobile)

. Familiarity with AI editing tools such as

Descript, Runway, Pika, Topaz, Adobe AI features

, or similar. Strong storytelling skills with attention to pacing, rhythm, and audience engagement. Basic knowledge of color correction, sound design, and motion graphics. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines. Creativity, adaptability, and passion for video content.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience in

social media marketing

or content strategy. Knowledge of AI voiceover tools (ElevenLabs, Murf, etc.). Familiarity with AI thumbnail or design tools (Canva AI, MidJourney, etc.). Understanding of SEO and analytics for video performance.
