Job Description

A Video Editor is responsible for creating polished, engaging, and high-quality video content for the company's marketing, branding, social media, and internal communication needs. The role involves editing raw footage, adding graphics, enhancing audio, and delivering final videos that align with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Edit raw footage into professional, visually appealing videos. Add transitions, effects, music, voiceovers, subtitles, and graphics as needed. Enhance color, lighting, and audio quality to ensure a premium finish. Collaborate with the creative team, content writers, and marketing team to understand project requirements. Maintain brand consistency across all video outputs. Trim, assemble, and organize video clips and maintain project files neatly. Work on different formats: reels, promotional videos, product videos, ads, event highlights, tutorials, etc. Stay updated with the latest editing trends, effects, and industry tools. Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines. Ensure all final videos meet platform requirements (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, website, etc.)

Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Resolve. Strong understanding of visual storytelling and pacing. Good sense of sound design, color grading, and motion graphics. Attention to detail and creativity. Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines. Experience in photography or graphic design is an added advantage.
