Devout Growth is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization focused on creative content and digital innovation. We're looking for a talented Video Editor to join our on-site team in Patna and help us bring stories to life through engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw video footage into compelling, high-quality videos for digital platforms. Add effects, transitions, graphics, and sound to enhance storytelling. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project goals and deliver content aligned with brand standards. Stay updated with the latest editing trends and software. Organize and manage media assets effectively.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software. Solid understanding of post-production workflow and color grading. Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree/diploma in Film Studies, Media, or a related field (not mandatory if you have strong experience). Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus.
