Job Description
We are looking for a talented video editor to work with our team in Mumbai. A reasonably sound sports & cricket understanding will help, as the video editor will work with a team of creative producers & graphics designers in creating cricket-related short-form Blogs, Graphics based videos and long-form content.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of video editing skills and proven experiences in the digital & broadcast content sector
Responsibilities
- Editing Interviews, Press Conferences, Voiced VTs & PKGs, In-studio & Green chroma shot Talent Blogs, Short & long-form Series content, and in-house graphics-based videos.
- To participate wholly in the creative process as per the creative brief shared by the content producer
- Enhance the video quality with the right available music, sound, and effects
- Be a total team man & work in sync with all stakeholders from production to the post-production process
- Archiving daily shoots & raw & finished clips onto the cloud archive
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a video editor
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects and FCP, Avid, etc)
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
- Reasonably good understanding of cricket and active cricketers.
- Creative mind and storytelling skills
- Familiarity & understandings of Dos & Donts in Rights & Non-rights sports content
