to join our content team and help us take our visual storytelling to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit

Reels, Shorts, Interviews, and Full-Length Videos

for social media and YouTube Add B-rolls, transitions, subtitles, and sound design to enhance visual quality Work closely with scriptwriters and field teams to produce compelling digital content Stay up to date with current video trends and apply them to local storytelling Ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content with a strong narrative style

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in video editing (Freshers with a strong portfolio can apply) Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc. Basic graphic design skills for thumbnails (Canva/Photoshop) Knowledge of Hindi or local dialects (Angika/Maithili) is a plus Strong creative sense and ability to adapt quickly

Compensation & Benefits:

?6,000-?15,000 per month (based on experience and skill) Per-video payment model also available for freelancers Opportunities to move into a full-time role in the future Fieldwork exposure in local events, interviews & documentary shoots Chance to build your portfolio and reach an audience of 100K+ followers
