Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

Create engaging videos for YouTube and Instagram, including both long-form and short-form content. Enhance videos with transitions, graphics, music, and other elements to maintain a high-quality standard. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and platform-specific requirements.

Team Coordination:

Oversee and manage work execution from other editors to ensure timely delivery and quality control. Provide constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvement.

Client Communication:

Engage with clients to understand their vision, content needs, and goals. Offer insights and suggestions for optimizing content based on platform trends and audience behavior.

Social Media Growth Strategy:

Develop and execute strategies to grow YouTube and Instagram channels. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Collaborate with the strategy team to optimize content for engagement and visibility.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in video editing for YouTube and Instagram. Strong understanding of social media platforms and growth strategies. Excellent communication and client management skills. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail. Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools is a plus.
