- Strong skills in Video Production, Creative reel creation and Video Editing
- Experience in Video Color Grading
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
- Experience in digital marketing and knowledge of industry trends is a plus
