Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing
: Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that meet project requirements and deadlines.
Content Creation
: Collaborate with creative teams, including producers, directors, and graphic designers, to develop engaging video content for various platforms.
Storytelling
: Use editing techniques, music, sound, and graphics to create compelling narratives that capture the intended message and audience's attention.
Post-Production
: Manage color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics as needed to enhance the final product.
: Organize and manage video files and project libraries, maintaining an efficient workflow and archiving system.
Feedback Incorporation
: Make revisions based on feedback from clients, creative directors, or other stakeholders.
Trend Awareness
: Stay updated on the latest editing software, video trends, and techniques to keep work fresh and innovative.
Quality Control
: Review and ensure final video output meets technical specifications and project goals.
Key Qualifications:
Experience
: 3+ years of experience in video editing, preferably within a creative agency, production company, or media organization.
Technical Skills
: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and basic knowledge of color grading and sound design.
Portfolio
: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video projects and editing styles.
Creativity
: A keen eye for storytelling, composition, and design, with an ability to adapt to various video styles and client needs.
Time Management
: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects effectively.
Communication
: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and present ideas.
