We are seeking a passionate and skilled

Video Editing Trainer cum Editor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students on video editing tools and techniques, as well as working on real-time editing projects for our internal and client-based requirements.

Key Responsibilities:As a Trainer:

Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects). Design and update course materials, tutorials, and practical assignments. Guide students on editing techniques, storytelling, transitions, effects, sound mixing, color grading, and rendering. Provide one-on-one mentoring and feedback to students. Evaluate student performance and provide improvement suggestions. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training content.

As a Video Editor:

Edit raw footage into polished video content for marketing, training, events, or social media. Add graphics, animations, sound effects, and music as required. Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and production teams. Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality edits within deadlines. Maintain organized storage of raw files and project files.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in video editing software:

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve

. Strong understanding of post-production workflows and file formats. Basic knowledge of audio editing and color correction. Good communication and presentation skills for teaching. Prior experience as a trainer or mentor is a plus. Creativity and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Film Editing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related field. Experience in motion graphics is an added advantage. Knowledge of YouTube/social media editing styles and trends.
