Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative Shreditor -- someone who can shoot high-quality videos and also edit them professionally.

This role requires someone who is experienced, understands video production end-to-end, and can travel with our Managing Director whenever required (all travel & accommodation expenses will be paid by us).

All shooting equipment, including camera, lights, and audio gear, will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

Video Shooting

Shoot corporate content, interviews, events, BTS, reels, and brand videos

Use company-provided camera and equipment

Handle framing, lighting, sound, and overall visual quality

Travel with the MD for shoots whenever required (company covers all travel & stay)

Video Editing

Edit videos for social media, YouTube, marketing, and internal use

Add captions, transitions, music, color correction & sound balancing

Repurpose videos into multiple formats (Reels, Shorts, Horizontal)

Deliver clean, engaging and timely edits

Creative Input

Suggest shot ideas, angles, and creative concepts

Understand current trends in reels & video content

Help plan and execute shoots independently

Requirements

1-3 years of real experience as a video shooter + editor (MUST)

Strong knowledge of camera handling, lighting, and audio

Proficiency in editing tools: Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci

Ability to shoot professionally without supervision

Creativity, storytelling sense, and attention to detail

Comfortable with frequent travel along with MD (all expenses paid)

Good to Have

Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras

Basic knowledge of photography

Understanding of branded content and marketing-style videos

Good communication & coordination skills
