Role Overview
We are looking for a
Video Editing Intern
who has a strong eye for storytelling, understands the psychology of attention, and can identify high-impact moments from long-form coaching sessions and turn them into compelling short-form content for social media.
This is a learning-intensive role with real-world responsibility and creative freedom.
Key Responsibilities
A. Content Selection & Storytelling
Watch full-length
coaching, parent training, and session videos
Identify powerful, emotional, insightful, or actionable segments
Select content with strong
marketing and engagement potential
B. Video Editing & Production
Cut, refine, and format videos for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Shorts, Reels)
Add basic captions, transitions, highlights, and music where appropriate
Ensure brand consistency and visual quality
C. Creative Support
Work with the Media & Marketing team to align edits with campaign goals
Propose creative ideas for improving engagement and reach
Support thumbnail creation and basic graphic needs
D. Design & Visual Tools (Advantage)
Use
Canva or similar tools
for thumbnails, social creatives, and overlays
Assist with light graphic work for content promotion
Skills & Requirements
Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.)
Strong sense of narrative, timing, and emotional pacing
Understanding of social media content formats and trends
Experience with
Canva or graphical tools
is a strong advantage
Attention to detail and willingness to revise and improve
Ability to work with feedback and meet deadlines
