We are looking for a creative, high-energy

Video Editing Intern

to join our digital marketing team. You won't just be "fixing clips"--you'll be a key player in crafting visual stories that stop the scroll. You will work closely with our content strategists to turn raw footage into high-performing ads, Reels, and YouTube content.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit fast-paced, engaging short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) with a focus on retention. Organize raw footage and create "radio cuts" or rough assemblies based on scripts/briefs. Participate in creative brainstorms to help plan shoots with the "final edit" in mind. Apply consistent color correction and grading to ensure a professional look across different lighting conditions. Create engaging lower thirds, animated captions, and basic 2D motion graphics to emphasize key marketing points. Assist in producing high-converting video ads for platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Handle color correction, sound design, and basic motion graphics to give videos a "premium" feel. Stay on top of viral transitions, trending audio, and platform-specific formatting. Work with the creative team to brainstorm concepts and execute visual styles that match our clients' brands.

Who We're Looking For

Strong interest in video editing skills. Basic understanding of video editing & should be well versed with making of reels teasers & trailers. Should be proficient with use

Adobe Premiere Pro & Cap-Cut End-to-End.

A deep understanding of safe zones, aspect ratios, and export settings for various social platforms. Candidates knowing advanced video-editing skill & tools will be a plus. Good communication skills and willingness to experiment. Eagerness to learn how content actually goes viral on LinkedIn & other platforms.
