Video Designer

to bring stories to life through impactful video content that engages, inspires, and converts.

Key Responsibilities

Video Conceptualization & Production

Create engaging video ads, reels, shorts, product demos, testimonials, and explainer videos tailored for digital platforms. Collaborate with creative strategists and marketing teams to translate campaign briefs into compelling video content.

Video Editing

Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality deliverables Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, OTT, etc.).

Performance-Driven Video Creation

Develop video creatives that drive clicks, conversions, and brand recall. Work closely with performance marketing teams to adapt videos based on campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS). Experiment with new formats (reels, carousels, interactive ads) to stay ahead of trends.

Brand Storytelling

Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries. Produce videos that balance storytelling with performance marketing objectives.

Collaboration & Innovation

Brainstorm and share fresh video ideas aligned with campaign goals and cultural trends. Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketers for cross-functional campaign delivery.

Requirements

1-5 yrs experience as a Video Editor / Video Designer. Marketing Agency experience is preferred Strong portfolio showcasing ads, reels, social media content, and motion graphics. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (or similar tools). Knowledge of color grading, sound editing, and video optimization for web and social media. Understanding of digital advertising formats (Meta, YouTube, Google Ads). Creative mindset with attention to detail, aesthetics, and storytelling. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
