We are looking for a

Motion Graphics & Video Design Specialist

who can craft visually compelling stories that inspire, inform, and engage audiences. In this role, you'll bring creative ideas to life through dynamic visuals, cinematic editing, and impactful storytelling. You'll collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to produce high-quality video content across campaigns, digital platforms, and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Storytelling:

Transform raw footage and concepts into visually captivating video narratives that align with brand tone and campaign goals.

Motion Design & Animation:

Design motion graphics, kinetic typography, and transitions using tools like Adobe After Effects, ensuring smooth, visually engaging animations.

Video Production & Editing:

Edit promotional, explainer, and social media videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools, maintaining consistency in pacing, rhythm, and brand aesthetics.

Post-Production Enhancement:

Perform color grading, sound balancing, and visual effects (VFX) to enhance production quality.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all video assets follow established design systems, brand guidelines, and creative direction.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to conceptualize storyboards, style frames, and creative approaches.

Content Optimization:

Adapt and repurpose video content for various formats (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, paid ads, etc.) while ensuring platform-specific optimization.

Asset Management:

Maintain an organized library of raw footage, project files, and brand templates for future reuse.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
2-4 years of professional experience in video editing, motion design, or multimedia production.
Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)

.
Knowledge of 2D animation, VFX, and compositing workflows.
Experience with

sound design

and basic audio editing tools.
Familiarity with

color grading

and post-production best practices.
Understanding of social media video formats, aspect ratios, and optimization.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema4D, or Element 3D).
Familiarity with motion tracking and compositing techniques.
Interest in storytelling, brand design, and digital marketing trends.
