Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production and Editing:

Conceptualizing, shooting, and editing videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and educational materials. This includes assembling footage, adding motion graphics, sound design, color correction, and optimizing for different platforms.

Motion Graphics Design:

Creating animated graphics, text animations, and visual effects to enhance video content and create engaging narratives.

Graphic Design:

Designing digital assets like social media graphics, website visuals, and infographics, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.

Collaboration:

Working closely with marketing, creative, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver cohesive visual content.

Brand Consistency:

Maintaining brand standards and consistency across all video and graphic content.

Technical Proficiency:

Utilizing video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) to produce high-quality visuals.

Staying Updated:

Keeping abreast of industry trends, platform algorithms, and best practices in video editing and motion graphics.

Project Management:

Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Strong understanding of design principles, visual composition, and typography. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design and video projects. Knowledge of social media trends and platform specifications. Experience in creating short-form video content for social media platforms is highly desirable.
