We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Video Developer to design and produce high-quality training videos for our ERP and business applications. This role is responsible for simplifying complex workflows into engaging, easy-to-understand video tutorials that enhance user adoption and learning.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product teams, trainers, and subject matter experts to identify training needs.
Develop storyboards, scripts, and structured content for application training modules.
Record application walkthroughs, screen captures, and software demonstrations.
Edit and produce videos with voiceovers, subtitles, graphics, and animations.
Ensure consistency with branding and instructional design best practices.
Maintain and update the training video library as new features are released.
Optimize content for multiple platforms (LMS, ERP help section, intranet, YouTube, etc.).
Gather user feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in video creation, editing, or instructional design.
Proficiency with tools such as Focusee, OBS Studio, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Premiere Pro, or similar.
Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts in simple terms.
Knowledge of ERP/CRM or similar software applications (preferred).
Attention to detail with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and learner engagement.
