Role Overview

We are looking for a

Content Operations Intern

who will support the end-to-end execution of video content creation. This includes

pre-production planning, on-ground production support, and post-production coordination

.

Note: This is

not a professional film shoot

role. All videos are shot using

mobile phones, basic lavalier mics, and simple lighting setups

. No experience with professional cameras or advanced technical equipment is required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Production

Review video scripts, scene-by-scene breakdowns, and references provided in advance. Plan the shoot efficiently to minimize time, effort, and number of shots. Come prepared with a clear idea of:
- Camera placement
- Framing and background
- Lighting setup
- Audio setup

2. Production (On-Ground Shoots in Mumbai)

Set up:

Mobile phone camera Lavalier mic / basic audio setup Ring lights or basic lighting (if required)
Ensure:

Clean and distraction-free background Proper framing and angles Audio is being recorded correctly Take ownership of ensuring all equipment is set up properly before shooting starts. Assist during the shoot to ensure smooth execution.

3. Post-Production Coordination

Organize and hand over raw video files to the video editor. Follow up with the editor to receive final edited outputs. Store final videos in the designated content repository. Schedule social media posts derived from the video at the appropriate time (guidelines will be provided).

Important Notes

These are

simple, non-professional shoots

. No DSLR, cinema cameras, or advanced equipment involved. Training and clear instructions will be provided.
Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹400.00 per day

Application Question(s):

This is a part-time job where you will be required on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month for a full day of video shoot.
