Job Summary

We are seeking a talented video editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing, with experience creating high-quality videos for a variety of purposes, including advertising and educational content. In this role, you will work closely with our creative team to develop video content that engages and inspires our audience.

Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled

Video & Image Editor

who can produce compelling ad creatives optimized for social platforms. You should understand modern editing styles, hooks, pacing, and visual storytelling that increases conversions and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality static images, thumbnails, GIFs, and carousel ads Select and edit footage to create a compelling narrative that aligns with the client's brand and objectives. Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, and branding elements Stay aligned with performance data and improve creatives over time Ensure deliverables follow platform-specific best practices Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm new concepts

Requirements

Proven experience in social media/video ad editing, Min experience required

2 years.

Strong knowledge in

Canva, ElevenLabs, and any video editor software.

Understanding of paid social trends, hooks, pacing, and retention techniques Ability to meet deadlines and deliver multiple versions quickly Strong eye for design, layout, color, and typography Bonus: Experience with motion design, 3D elements, or photography. Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus Knowledge of video codecs, file formats, and compression techniques
